अब ब्लॉगर हिंदी में। Blogger has introduced Hindi Transliteration. The only problem here is that if you do not have complex script rendering installed, Firefox is unable to display the Hindi characters properly. But this is so cool now I can type in Hindi, but hey can I read? :)

Do the dabbawalla know their customers?

Seth says the dabbawallas know their customer well, I'm not sure if they know the customers of if they know the locality they operate in. That is one of the reasons they do not have a rotation policy. Need to check this out, will find out and get back...
